The IP67 enclosure protects the connection against dust and water. The connector is waterproof down to a depth of 1 meter, making the construction suitable for the exposed environment at quays, harbors, and marinas.
The housing is made of UV-stabilized polycarbonate. The rear cable entry has a cable gland and integrated cable retention, which keeps the cable in place and functions as a strain relief.
The connector is mounted on a loose cable and is not intended for panel or hull mounting. The corresponding 3-pole 16 A IP67 male version has item no. 14.335.11.
