This low-profile deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel is the FUEL variant for filling the boat's fuel tank. The precision-cast construction consists of a flange, threaded cap, and a straight hose tail with a nominal diameter of 50 mm.
The flat design protrudes only 6 mm above the deck after installation. The cap has a nominal diameter of 87 mm and is opened via the central grip recess using a winch handle or a suitable key. The grip recess has a nominal dimension of 18 × 18 mm.
Installation is performed through a Ø55 mm cutout in the deck. The flange is secured through three countersunk Ø4.2 mm mounting holes with an Ø8.2 mm 90° countersink. The total length from the top of the flange to the bottom edge of the hose tail is 75.3 mm.
The hose tail is intended for a nominal Ø50 mm filling hose. The cap connects to the housing with a thread specified as Ø48 with 11 threads per inch. The FUEL marking identifies this variant as intended for fuel and distinguishes it from the WATER, DIESEL, and WASTE variants of the family.
As optional accessories, universal key 20.169.90, handle in AISI 316 stainless steel 20.714.01, or composite handle 20.715.10 can be used for opening. Accessories are not included.
