This straight tube connector with two spring locks is designed for the detachable assembly of bimini and canopy tubes with an outside diameter of 22 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The connector is 150 mm long and is installed inside the two tube ends.
The two spring-loaded locking buttons secure the assembly once the connector is inserted into the tubes. One locking button is located at each end, so both tubes can be locked and released using the push buttons. The design allows for the tubes to be connected and dismantled as needed.
The connector is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. It is developed as a connecting piece for marine tube structures such as biminis, sunshades, boat canopies, and sprayhoods.
The tube dimension Ø 22 × 1.2 mm indicates the size of the compatible tubes and is not the external diameter of the connector itself. Therefore, please check both the tube diameter and wall thickness before installation.
