This straight tube connector for bimini tubes with two spring buttons is used for the linear joining of two tube sections in bimini and canopy structures. The variant is 150 mm long and intended for tubes with a 25 mm outer diameter and 1.2 mm wall thickness.
The connector is installed inside the two tubes and functions as an internal tube joiner. The two spring-loaded locking buttons are pressed in while the tube sections are slid over each end. When the buttons are released, they lock into corresponding holes in the tubes.
The locking mechanism provides a detachable end-to-end connection. The tube sections can be separated again by pressing the spring buttons and pulling the tubes apart.
The connector is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The construction is intended as an accessory for bimini and canopy tubes; the associated tubes are not included.
