LIROS' innovative construction ensures that this rope delivers exceptional durability and reliability. The cross-braided sheath is made of extra strong polyester , which provides a full 50% higher durability compared to standard polyester. This guarantees unrivaled durability against friction and wear.
The core consists of impregnated Dyneema SK78 with a polyester intermediate sock , which ensures a very high breaking strength and a minimal elongation of less than 1.5% . This gives you incredibly precise trimming that maintains the optimal shape of the sail. Thanks to the LIROS Heat-Stretch-System, the rope is thermally treated to further optimize strength. It is also kink-free and provides good performance in unloaders and on winches , making it easy to handle, even under pressure.
