This polyester lifting system for tenders/inflatable boats is an adjustable, 3-leg solution for lifting tenders, dinghies, and inflatable boats. The variant consists of one bow strap with a quick-release shackle and two stern straps that are passed around the rear pontoon tube.
The three strap legs are joined at a central lifting and distribution plate. The strap lengths are set with adjustment buckles so that the system can be adapted to different boats and lifting points. The bow strap has an adjustable working length from 30 to 360 cm measured eye-to-eye. The stern straps can be adjusted from 30 to 260 cm at a reference diameter of approximately 50 cm for the pontoon tube.
The straps are made of UV-resistant polyester. The central distribution plate and adjustment buckles are made of high-strength anodized aluminum, while the quick-release bow shackle is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The system's maximum load is 400 kg. When in use, the total weight of the tender or inflatable boat, including any contents, must be kept within this load limit. The bow strap is connected at the boat's bow, while the two stern straps are mounted around the rear pontoon tube before the strap lengths are adjusted.
The lifting system is patented and CE-approved. The adjustable construction makes it possible to distribute the lift between the bow and the stern without model-specific strap measurements.
