This Marina R II waterproof rocker switch with dual red LED, without rocker button is a 1-pole switch module for panel mounting in 12/24 V DC electrical systems. The switch has a maintained ON-OFF function and three terminals.
The switch module is IP56-rated and is mounted using a snap-in fitting in a rectangular panel hole measuring 21.5 × 36.8 mm. This dimension indicates the required panel cutout, not the external dimensions of the switch.
The maximum load is 20 A at 12 V and 12 A at 24 V. The dual red LED illumination consists of one LED for the function symbol, which is permanently on, and one LED for the indicator slot below the symbol, which illuminates when the connected function is activated.
The rocker button with function symbol is not included and must be ordered separately from the Marina R II 14.299.xx series. The series includes both rigid surface rocker buttons and semi-rigid, non-slip versions, as well as symbols for various electrical functions. When installing in an existing panel, please note that current Marina R II rocker buttons are not compatible with older Marina R switches sold up to and including February 2021.
The switch module can be mounted with compatible panel frames from the 14.197.xx family. Documented frame parts include center insert 14.197.21, single frame 14.197.22, blanking plug 14.197.23, and right/left end insert 14.197.31.
