This interchangeable rocker cover with function symbol is developed for Marina R II rocker switches and is supplied as a passive operating component made of rigid polycarbonate. The range includes variants for, among others, navigation lights, anchor lights, bilge pumps, pressurized water systems, trim tabs, wipers, horns, fans, high beams, hatch opening, windlasses, battery parallel connection, stereo, cockpit and cabin lights, refrigerators, panel lights, swim platform/gangway lights, and deck lighting. A neutral variant without a function symbol is also available.
The function symbols are numbered according to the selected variant and include, among others, nos. 01–18, 25, 29, and 30. The symbols are designed for backlighting via the LED system in the compatible Marina R II switch module. On relevant modules, a separate indicator field can also show when the connected function is activated.
The rocker cover acts as an actuator and clear function label, but is not a complete electrical switch. The switch module or switch body is ordered separately and selected according to the desired switching function, pole configuration, terminals, and any momentary or spring-return action. LEDs, electrical terminals, operating voltage, current capacity, and IP rating belong to the selected switch module and do not apply as specifications for the rocker cover itself.
The cover can be used with Marina R II switch modules 14.298.01–14.298.07. For panel assembly, compatible frame parts such as 14.197.21, 14.197.22, 14.197.23, and 14.197.31 are available. Always check the switch series and electrical function before ordering. The product is not compatible with Marina R switches sold up to and including February 2021.
