Replaceable rocker caps, rocker buttons and switch actuators for Marina R II switches. The series makes it easy to identify and operate marine electrical functions on switch and control panels with clear function symbols and the option for backlight and activation indication.
The various variants cover, among others, fan and extractor, anchor light, windscreen wiper, horn, pressurized water pump, trim tabs and trim planes, navigation light, bilge pump, panel lighting, cockpit and cabin light, spotlight or high beam, stereo, anchor winch, refrigerator, battery parallel connection, hatch opening, gangway and platform lighting, cabin light as well as deck lighting. A neutral variant without a symbol is also available. Function numbers include 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 25, 29 and 30.
The actuators are made of polycarbonate with a polyurethane coating and have a semi-rigid, non-slip surface, which provides a secure grip during operation. The neutral version has no pre-printed function labeling.
The product is a separate actuator or rocker cap and not a complete electrical switch. It is mounted on a compatible Marina R II switch mechanism or switch base, which is ordered separately. Function symbol and separate indicator field can be illuminated by LEDs in the switch mechanism when an LED-equipped variant is selected. Switch mechanisms 14.298.01–14.298.07 are selected according to the desired electrical switching function. 14.298.03 and 14.298.07 are without LED and therefore do not support the described illumination.
Compatible panel components include center insert 14.197.21, frame for one switch 14.197.22, blanking plug 14.197.23 as well as right/left end insert 14.197.31. The parts are not mounted directly without a suitable switch mechanism.
