Marina R waterproof rocker switch with (ON)-OFF-(ON) switching function is a panel-mounted marine switch for directional control of hydraulic gangways, anchor windlasses, and trim tabs. The switch has three positions and spring return from both momentary ON positions to the central OFF position.
The momentary function means that the connected equipment is only activated while the rocker is held in the selected direction. When the rocker is released, it automatically returns to OFF. This function is suitable for equipment where the movement needs to be controlled directly and stopped as soon as the operation ceases.
The switch is intended for 12/24 V DC systems and has a maximum current capacity of 20 A at 12 V. Connection is made via four terminals. The included rigid rocker has an integrated LED indicator, which shines through the rocker when the switch is activated.
The IP67 rating protects the switch against the ingress of dust and water. It is mounted in a rectangular panel cutout of 21.5 × 36.8 mm. The measurement indicates the required mounting cutout and not the total external dimensions of the switch.
