Marina R waterproof rocker switch with ON-OFF-ON function is designed for controlling or selecting between two separate circuits in 12/24 V DC marine installations. The switch has four electrical terminals and comes with a rigid rocker.
The switch function can be used for, among other things, controlling navigation lights and masthead lights, or for switching a bilge pump between manual and automatic operation. The ON-OFF-ON function is maintained in both activated positions and has a neutral center position.
An integrated LED indicator lights up through the rocker when the switch is activated. The IP67 rating protects the switch against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, making it suitable for exposed electrical installations on board.
The switch is mounted in a rectangular panel cutout of 21.5 × 36.8 mm. The maximum documented load is 20 A at 12 V. No separate maximum current rating is specified for 24 V.
For mounting a single switch, a frame with item no. 14.197.22 can be used. For building larger switch panels, a center insert 14.197.21, a blanking plug 14.197.23, and a right/left end insert 14.197.31 are also available.
