This marine tool kit consists of 52 tools organized in an impact-resistant plastic case. The set is designed for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks on both sailing and motor boats.
The tools are generally manufactured from hardened carbon steel. The case keeps the individual parts organized and together, while selected pliers have PVC-coated handles. The set also includes a stainless steel marine knife and a German-style hammer with a wooden handle.
The wrench assortment includes 9 metric combination wrenches in 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 19, and 21 mm, 3 imperial double open-end wrenches, and 4 bent hex keys in 3, 4, 5, and 6 mm. Also included is a 200 mm adjustable wrench with a graduated scale and a strap wrench for oil filters with a maximum filter diameter of 160 mm.
The socket set consists of 9 metric 12-point sockets from 10 to 24 mm and 5 imperial 12-point sockets from 7/16" to 7/8". For the 1/2" system, a 250 mm extension, universal joint, sliding T-handle, reversible ratchet, and spark plug socket are included.
For gripping, cutting, and screwdriving tasks, the set contains 235 mm groove joint pliers, 220 mm locking pliers with concave jaws, diagonal cutters, combination pliers, three slotted screwdrivers, and three Phillips screwdrivers. A Ø 4 mm punch, 150 mm flat chisel, hacksaw, hammer, and marine knife round out the assortment.
The case dimensions are 530 × 410 × 130 mm. The combination of metric sizes, imperial sizes, and 1/2" socket tools makes the set suitable for many common tasks on board.
