Marlow spliced Dyneema bimini tensioning line is a 1300 mm long line for securing and tensioning the bimini fabric against compatible carbon fiber poles. The line is sold separately and is intended as an accessory or replacement line for an existing bimini system.
The line is made of Dyneema and finished with a spliced eye. It has an adjustment range of 50 cm, allowing the tension of the bimini fabric to be customized. On the compatible carbon fiber poles, the line is routed and tensioned using the Clamcleat mounted on the pole; the Clamcleat is not included with this line.
When used with fixed carbon fiber poles, the line can be connected directly to the bimini fabric via a 10 mm diameter fastener or a carabiner. For removable pole systems, direct attachment via a 10 mm diameter ball or a shackle is supported. Choose the attachment component according to the specific pole and bimini system.
Compatible carbon fiber poles
The line is certified for fixed carbon fiber poles with item numbers 46.816.02, 46.816.04, 46.816.06, 46.816.07, 46.816.08, 46.816.10, 46.821.02, 46.821.04, and 46.821.06, as well as the two-piece, removable carbon fiber poles 46.818.09 and 46.818.11.
The pole systems can utilize related mounting and storage parts such as the bushings 46.815.00, 46.815.01, and 46.815.10, as well as storage parts 34.358.38 and 34.358.50. These parts belong to the pole system and are not part of the line package.
