This Marsupio navigation safety kit without distress signals is assembled for 4 people and navigation up to 6 nautical miles from the coast. The equipment is supplied in a storage bag that can also be used as a soft cushion on board.
The kit contains 4 orange VIP Challenger MK4 CE life jackets for adults over 40 kg. The vests have a buoyancy rating of 100 N and are made with soft foam and a compact design. They are equipped with a quick-release buckle, whistle, and reflective strips and meet EN ISO 12402-4.
The fire extinguishing equipment consists of a 1 kg powder extinguisher with MED type approval and fire rating 5A 34B C. The fire extinguisher has a one-piece aluminum cylinder, is supplied without a pressure gauge, and includes a mounting bracket. The kit also includes an Italian merchant flag in lightweight polyester measuring 20 × 30 cm.
For anchoring, a 30 m polyester anchor line with a diameter of 8 mm is included, as well as a 2.5 kg collapsible grapnel anchor in hot-galvanized cast steel. The anchor measures A: 360 mm, B: 315 mm, and C: 85 mm and has a counterweight bar on the shaft, which improves balance.
