This mechanical control kit for trim tabs is used for manual adjustment and positioning of a pair of trim tabs. The kit is mounted between the trim tabs and the boat's hull or transom, providing a mechanical solution without the need for an electric actuator or hydraulic pump.
The kit contains two adjustable turnbuckles with a nominal dimension of 10 mm. The position of the trim tabs is set via the turnbuckles, which feature manually operated elements for quick locking and release. The adjustment range of the turnbuckles is 250-360 mm.
The turnbuckles and the four included mounting plates are made of stainless steel. The plates are used to secure the turnbuckles to the trim tabs and the hull or transom, respectively.
The control kit is compatible with trim tabs item no. 51.134.01, 51.134.02, 51.134.03, and 51.134.04. This includes trim tabs in sizes 30 × 23 cm, 40 × 23 cm, 55 × 23 cm, and 75 × 23 cm. The trim tabs are not included and must be ordered separately.
