Mercury F 115 ELPT EFI Command Thrust

Need more muscle power? Then you might want to upgrade to a Command Thrust model with a larger gearbox and a 2.38:1 gear ratio. The 115 hp 4-stroke is fitted with a large diameter V-6 class propeller and delivers even better acceleration, fantastic maneuverability and great power.
Left-handed rotation
For the first time, Mercury offers a 115 hp 4-stroke with left-hand rotation. The addition of provides a neutral steering feel and superior handling on boats with twin installations. With two 115 hp Command Thrust engines on the transom, you get the maneuverability and reliability of a twin installation at a much lower price.
Faster acceleration
The larger “CT” gearbox provides better ability to lift heavier hulls and get them level, even at lower speeds. With a gear ratio of 2.38:1, the engine revs up faster and develops high torque more quickly.
Heavy Duty
The large gearbox, combined with a gear ratio of 2.38:1 and Mercury's extensive range of outboard propellers is the perfect combination for larger/heavier pontoon boats.
Good reasons for replacement
A new Mercury 4-stroke can upgrade your boat with faster acceleration, greater performance and maneuverability. The lightest 115 hp 4-stroke on the market weighs just 163 kg. These 4-strokes are 18 kg lighter than the previous generation from Mercury, and 9 kg lighter than the closest competitor.
They fit nicely on boats that can't handle the weight of the older, heavier 4-strokes, and their slim, low profile makes them easier to fish over and around.
As of March 2020, this engine ships from the factory with VesselView Mobile.
This means you always know the status of your engine, whether you're sitting at home on the couch or on the water with friends and family. You also get a full overview of fuel economy, performance and can of course choose to share your data directly on social media.
