Less weight, more torque
A new low-friction design with a single overhead camshaft delivers more torque. At the same time, the overall weight has been reduced by 4.5 kg – a significant reduction that makes a big difference on small boats. More power and less weight makes it easier to level and increases top speed. These are the fastest and most powerful outboards in their class!

Easy and reliable starting
The 4-stroke's Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system requires no battery for manual pull-starting. EFI ensures easy starting – hot or cold – and exceptional fuel economy. The system is self-adjusting and delivers peak performance, depending on weather and altitude conditions. In addition, the pressurized fuel system eliminates most of the maintenance associated with modern fuels.
