These 25/30 hp 4-strokes may be small in horsepower, but they have a large displacement. With plenty of torque at low revs, they have the power needed to get you on the plane, with instant throttle and gear lever response and quick acceleration.

The smart version
Thanks to Mercury's multi-function tiller, which is standard on 25 hp 4-strokes, you can cruise on the water with one arm on your back. With just one hand, the revolutionary all-in-one tiller gives you full control of the following: Gear, stop, throttle, tilt, friction and steering. It's easy to fit a 25 hp in your car's trunk or storage compartment, as the tiller folds completely flat.
