MIMIC PAINT flexible spray paint for PVC is a transparent paint in a 400 ml aerosol can for the renovation and treatment of flexible surfaces. It is suitable for, among other things, PVC inflatable boats, fenders, artificial leather upholstery, and cushions.
The flexible formulation is developed for surfaces exposed to movement, tension, and friction. The paint is described as PVC-based and water-based and can also be used on verified substrates such as neoprene, rubber, synthetic artificial leather, air mattresses, wetsuits, and buoys. The transparent variant has no specified RAL code.
One can contains 400 ml and has a stated coverage of up to 2 m². The surface must be thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and completely dry before treatment. Always test the paint on a small, hidden area to check for compatibility with the specific material.
Spray from a distance of approximately 20 cm in even applications without letting the paint run. Wait a few minutes between applications and repeat the treatment as needed. The treated surface can be used after 30 minutes.
Do not apply the paint in direct sunlight or on hot and overheated surfaces. Avoid contact with water until the paint is completely dry, as premature water exposure can spoil the result.
The product must be stored at 5-35 °C and protected from frost. Shelf life is stated as 24 months under correct storage conditions. The product is intended for cosmetic surface renovation and is not an adhesive, sealant, or repair agent.
