This plastic module part for rocker switch panel is a black center insert for building a complete panel with multiple compatible rocker switches. The insert is placed as an intermediate module in the switch row and is a passive mounting and decorative part – not an electrical switch.
The center insert is combined with the other frame parts around the switches, allowing multiple modules to be assembled into a physically and visually cohesive switch panel. It is made of black plastic and measures 50 × 28.5 mm.
The insert is compatible with switch series 14.296.xx, 14.198.xx, and 14.298.xx. For a standalone single switch, use the complete single switch frame with item no. 14.197.22 instead of this center insert.
The same frame system also includes the blanking plug 14.197.23 for an empty panel position as well as the right/left end insert 14.197.31. The choice and number of frame parts depend on the desired number of switches and their placement in the panel.
