This universal, foldable aluminum watersports tower is designed for motorboats over 4.80 m and provides a high, central tow point for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and kneeboarding. The forward-leaning design features 64 mm aluminum tubing, a one-piece hinged top section, and dual upper tubes for mounting board racks, speakers, lights, and other compatible accessories.
The tower can be configured to fold forward or backward and can be mounted on top of or on the side of the boat's gunwales or deck. Stainless steel quick-release knobs allow the structure to be folded without the use of tools. Swivel joints, Heim joints, and flexible mounting feet with rubber inserts adapt the installation to various deck contours and angles.
The integrated, swiveling tow point follows the direction of the tow line. The tower includes a 360° LED navigation light with 2 nautical miles of visibility, compliant with COLREG 72, as well as pre-drilled tubes for hidden cable routing with rubber grommets. The navigation light must be connected to the boat's electrical system using weather-tight electrical connections.
The installed height is approximately 112–127 cm depending on the mounting width and configuration. Installation requires four mounting points with under-deck backing plates and at least approx. 43.2 cm of unobstructed mounting surface on each side. The mounting areas under the deck must be checked and, if necessary, reinforced by a professional experienced in fiberglass construction.
The fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel. During assembly, anti-seize must be applied to the bolts, and relevant M10 and M12 joints should be tightened to approximately 30 Nm. The fasteners should be checked after the first uses and thereafter every 30 operating hours. After use in saltwater, rinsing and anti-corrosion treatment of the Heim joints are recommended.
The delivery includes the tower frame, 360° LED navigation light, two quick-release knobs, and a base mounting kit. Compatible accessories include the MTK bimini (item no. 48.411.11), 64 mm holders (item nos. 48.415.31, 48.415.32, 48.415.13, and 48.415.25), and rearview mirror 64.497.00 for 41–64 mm tower tubes. The tower must not be used as a tow point for tubes or towable inflatables and must not be transported on a trailer in the folded position.
The tower comes with a five-year warranty against documented production-related structural defects. Surface treatment and hardware corrosion are not covered.
