Flushing kit for outboard motors with threaded connection in the Motor Flusher D-series is used to connect a water supply to the motor's threaded flushing port. This variant is intended for Mercury, Yamaha, and other outboard motors with a suitable threaded connection.
The kit consists of a special threaded valve for the motor side as well as a 1/2" quick-connect coupling. The water supply makes it possible to flush the outboard motor's cooling system via the dedicated connection without the use of a traditional flushing muff.
The threaded valve can remain permanently mounted on the outboard motor, ensuring that the water connection is easily accessible for future flushing. The valve's thread type, diameter, and thread pitch are not specified, and the motor connection must therefore be checked before purchase.
The included 1/2" quick-connect coupling has item no. 36.189.02 and blocks water flow when the counterpart is not connected. The coupling can be used on both the consumer and tap side.
