Motor flusher in a professional universal design for flushing the cooling system on outboard motors and compatible sterndrives. The two rectangular flushing muffs are placed over the side-mounted cooling water intakes of the lower unit, allowing fresh water to be supplied to the cooling system.
Water is fed to both flushing muffs and is thus supplied from both sides of the lower unit. The double-sided water distribution is suitable for flushing the cooling circuit and removing salt after sailing in saltwater.
The frame is made of plastic-coated steel, while the semi-soft flushing muffs are made of rubber. Each rectangular muff measures 120 × 80 mm, and the frame construction holds the muffs together around the lower unit's cooling water intake.
The motor flusher has a 3/4" internal thread and is supplied with a hose adapter and a quick-connect coupling for a 13 mm hose. The total product dimension is 525 × 150 × 80 mm.
The universal design is intended for outboard motors and sterndrives with side-mounted cooling water intakes. The fit must be checked against the design of the lower unit, as the universal designation does not cover all types of cooling water intakes. The engine must only run at idle during flushing.
