This Navy Load built-in stainless steel gas hob with tinted glass lid is model NL.21002 with two burners for compact kitchen installations in, among other things, boats, motorhomes, and campervans. The hob is designed for LPG and has manual ignition without the need for an electrical connection.
The two high-efficiency burners consist of a 1000 W auxiliary burner and a 1750 W semi-rapid burner. The auxiliary burner is designed for pots with a base diameter of 100-120 mm, while the semi-rapid burner is designed for 160-220 mm. Gas consumption is 204 g/h, and the Danish configuration is certified for G30/G31 at 30 mbar in appliance category I3B/P.
The hob is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a self-locking lid made of black, tinted, tempered glass. The hidden hinges provide a clean built-in look, and the closed lid can be used as an extra work surface. The pan support is made of stainless steel and rests on vibration-damping rubber feet.
Each burner has thermoelectric flame failure protection, which cuts off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished unintentionally. Ignition is performed manually with a match or separate lighter while holding down the control knob. After an accidental shutdown, the knob must be set to off, and you must wait at least one minute before attempting to re-ignite.
The external dimensions are 530 × 326 mm, while the built-in opening must be 505 × 305 mm. The installation depth is 119 mm. For flush-mounted installation, a 10 × 10 mm cut-out around the opening is required. There must be at least 650 mm of clearance above the pan support, and the specified mounting distances are X 55 mm and Y 100 mm. Adjacent fixtures must be able to withstand a temperature rise of at least 65 K.
The gas connection is a side-facing, smooth, non-threaded inlet with an 8 mm outer diameter and at least 30 mm of smooth length. Installation and gas work must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local regulations. The appliance does not have its own system for discharging combustion products and must be installed in a correctly ventilated environment. As a sizing principle, at least 2 m³ of air per hour per installed kW is required. An optional double pot holder is available as item no. 50.100.92.
