Built-in gas hob in black glass from Navy Load, model NL.20001, is a rectangular LPG hob with two individually adjustable burners. It is designed for recessed installation in a countertop on a boat, yacht, motorhome, or campervan with a suitable gas system and sufficient ventilation.
The hob has an auxiliary burner of 1000 W and a semi-rapid burner of 1750 W, providing a total output of 2750 W. The auxiliary burner has a diameter of 67 mm and is intended for pots of 100–120 mm, while the semi-rapid burner measures 88 mm and is recommended for pots of 160–220 mm. Each burner is regulated separately between minimum and maximum.
The surface consists of 8 mm black, tempered T-Safe safety glass. The burners feature a metal cover, a flame spreader in heat-resistant PYRAL aluminum, and heat-protective parts in stainless steel. The burners are secured to the hob to provide stability against vibrations in mobile installations.
Each burner is equipped with a safety thermocouple that cuts off the gas supply within a few seconds if the flame goes out. Ignition is manual using a match or separate gas lighter, and the control knob is held down during ignition until the safety element is activated. The gas inlet is a smooth, cylindrical Ø8 mm tube without threads and is intended for a gas-approved compression or olive fitting.
The hob measures 380 × 280 mm and requires a cutout of 360 × 260 mm. Mounting is carried out using suitable MS SUPER silicone or equivalent under the glass edge. For flush mounting, the edge around the cutout is routed 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep. The minimum distance above the pot support to an overhead cabinet or range hood is 650 mm, and adjacent materials must be able to withstand up to 90 °C at an ambient temperature of 25 °C.
The product is intended for LPG/bottled gas and has a gas consumption of 204 g/hour at full load. Gas pressure and appliance category depend on the market and the rating plate, and the hob must not be converted to other gas types. Installation, gas connection, adjustment, and special maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable gas regulations. Burner covers and flame spreaders can be removed for cleaning; steam cleaners must not be used.
A double pot holder is available separately as item no. 50.100.92 and is not included. Navy Load NL.30005 is also documented as a compatible 2-clip pot holder for model NL.20001.
