This built-in glass gas hob from NavyLoad is model NL.20000 with a single semi-rapid 1900 W gas burner. It is intended for non-professional cooking in boats, motorhomes, campervans, and other mobile living environments where a compact LPG/bottled gas hob needs to be integrated into the countertop.
The hob features a black 8 mm T-Safe tempered glass surface and measures 325 × 290 mm externally. It requires a countertop cutout of 270 × 305 mm. The burner is constructed with a metal cap, a flame spreader made of high-temperature resistant aluminum, and a stainless steel heat-protective flange with an integrated pan support.
The burner is ignited manually with a match or separate electric lighter, while the control knob regulates the flame between maximum and minimum settings. A safety thermocouple shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The product requires no electrical connection. The recommended pan diameter is 160-220 mm, and pans must have a flat base.
The gas inlet consists of a smooth, non-threaded pipe with an 8 mm external diameter and is intended for a compression connection with an olive ring. The precise LPG configuration and approved supply pressure must be checked on the appliance's data plate. The gas regulator at the cylinder must comply with EN 12864, and the installation must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local gas regulations.
The hob is mounted by recessing or flush-mounting and is secured along the underside of the glass with suitable mounting silicone. For flush-mounting level with the countertop, a 10 mm wide and deep milling around the cutout is required. There must be at least 650 mm of clear space above the pan support to an overhead cabinet or extractor hood, and the installation site must have proper ventilation.
The burner cap and flame spreader can be removed and cleaned with warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. Steam cleaners must not be used. An optional pan holder can be mounted in the prepared mounting point; compatible references are item no. 50.100.91 and NavyLoad NL.30004.
