This recessed deck socket with swivel lid for Ø 50 mm carbon pole is a straight model for flush integration into a boat deck or a similar surface. It is intended for removable carbon poles in modular Bimini and sunshade systems.
The socket is made of stainless steel and features a 180° rotating swivel lid. When the carbon pole is not installed, the lid covers the recessed holder and protects the opening in a discreet manner. The lid can be customized with a logo upon request.
The compatible Ø 50 mm carbon pole is inserted into the socket, turned 90°, and locked. This variant has a straight design without inclination. The socket is also prepared for water drainage via a pipe or hose with a diameter of Ø 12 mm.
The documented reference dimensions are ØA 108 mm, B 150 mm, ØC 70 mm, and ØD 90 mm. The letters correspond to the product's dimensioned drawing and indicate three diameter measurements and one linear measurement, respectively.
Compatible carbon poles
The socket can be used with Ø 50 mm carbon poles, item no. 46.821.02 (170 cm), 46.821.04 (200 cm), and 46.821.06 (230 cm). The variant with item no. 46.820.01 is an alternative with a 6° inclination.
