This SILENT Elegant electric hydro-vacuum toilet, high model from Ocean Technologies is a 12 V marine toilet featuring a straight back, a high ceramic bowl, and automatic flushing and emptying. The model is manufactured in Italy by Matromarine Products and is designed for installation in boats and pleasure craft.
The automatic hydro-vacuum cycle first fills the bowl with clean water and then discharges the waste, leaving the bowl empty and clean. The built-in centrifugal SILENT discharge pump reduces noise levels down to 80 dB and has a rated capacity of 200 l/min. The Spray Nozzle connection distributes pressurized flush water over the entire surface of the bowl for efficient cleaning.
The included electronic control panel provides access to pre-use water filling, normal flushing and emptying after use, as well as a short cycle with reduced water consumption. The water volume can be adjusted to approximately 1-5 liters, while typical consumption is about 1-2.5 liters per cycle depending on the setting. Additionally, the panel can display the holding tank level via three LED indicators when the separate level probe (item no. 50.204.33) is connected.
The bowl is made of glazed vitreous china and mounted on an impact-resistant base. The Duroplast seat and lid feature Soft Close and a quick-release function, making the seat unit easier to remove for cleaning. The toilet measures 365 mm in width, 455 mm in depth, and 455 mm in height with the lid closed. With the seat and lid open, the height is 860 mm. The floor base measures 330 × 410 mm.
The water inlet requires a hose with at least a 19 mm internal diameter. The discharge requires at least 25 mm internal diameter, with 38 mm recommended. The toilet can be supplied with raw water via the optional self-priming 12 V pump (item no. 16.525.12) or from the boat’s pressurized freshwater system via solenoid valve 50.203.10. When connecting to a pressurized water system, the specified pressure range is 2.5-3.5 bar.
The model can be installed above or below the waterline and can be connected to a holding tank or a legally compliant overboard discharge. When installing below the waterline, the inlet and discharge system must be fitted with correct anti-siphon protection and a vented loop at least 50 cm above the waterline. The toilet must have a separate electrical supply circuit, and correct polarity must be observed.

Documented spare parts include Soft Close seat and lid 50.207.39, water injection kit 50.207.16 and 50.207.43, complete 12 V pump 50.209.60, high ceramic replacement bowl 50.207.57, gasket kit 50.209.80, and electronic control panel 50.204.42. The manual control panel 50.204.43 can be used as an alternative panel for the SILENT series.
The system is intended for organic waste and biodegradable toilet paper. Strong cleaning agents should be avoided, as residues can damage the pump's rubber seals.
