Semi-custom boat cover for open V-hull boats with center console protects the boat against sun, rain, dirt, saltwater, and weather exposure. The wide cut over the center section provides room for the center console, while the form-fitting design is suitable for storage, winter lay-up, and trailer transport when properly secured.
The cover is made of solution-dyed ATLAS polyester fabric with a weight of 280 g/m² and a PU coating. The material is waterproof, breathable, UV and weather-resistant, as well as resistant to mold, mildew, saltwater, dirt, oil, abrasion, and tearing. The fabric has a water column of at least 1500 mm, UPF 50+ UV protection, and a colorfastness rating of 6–7. The dirt-repellent surface facilitates ongoing maintenance.
Double-stitched and reinforced seams increase durability in high-stress areas. An integrated, rigid, cone-shaped air vent improves air circulation and helps limit condensation, mold, mildew, and corrosion. Marine-grade attachment fittings and straps allow the cover to be tightened securely around the boat, while the construction prevents stretching and sagging.
The different variants cover open boats with center consoles in several lengths and widths. The cover fits bow and rail heights of up to 350 mm as well as center consoles up to 800 mm above the gunwale. Always measure the boat across its highest points, including the console, windshield, bimini, roof, rod holders, and stern-mounted equipment, before selecting a size.
For trailer transport, all fastenings must be evenly tightened without over-tensioning. At speeds over 60 km/h, regular checks are recommended, as well as extra lightweight tie-down straps over the bow; these are not included. Sharp or protruding parts should be padded to protect the fabric from abrasion. A separate telescopic support pole set can create a slope in the fabric to reduce rainwater pooling.
Clean with a soft brush, lukewarm water, and mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh detergents and chemical cleaners, as they may damage the UV protection. Let the cover air dry completely and only store it when clean and dry.
