Grey protective cover for Lewmar Flush hatch from Oceansouth is custom-fitted for the Lewmar Flush Profile size 44. The square cover measures 512 × 512 mm and protects the hatch's acrylic, frame, and other exposed parts against sunlight and marine weather conditions.
The cover is made of ATLAS Marine Grade fabric with a fabric weight of 310 g/m². The material is UV, water, and weather-resistant as well as breathable, which helps to limit moisture accumulation and condensation under the cover. The fabric is also resistant to mold and mildew.
The construction features double-overlapped seams for increased strength and durability. An elastic hem fits snugly around the hatch frame, while the drawstring with locking toggle secures the cover. The custom-fitted design can remain in place whether the hatch is open or closed.
The cover fits compatible Lewmar Flush Profile hatches size 44 with or without an air vent. It is not intended for hatches from other brands or models with externally mounted hinges.
When installing, place the cover first around the back of the hatch and then pull it forward over the hatch. The elastic hem is fastened tightly under the frame, and the drawstring is secured with the locking toggle. The cover is easy to clean and maintain.
