Oceansouth Jumbo semi-custom boat cover is designed for cabin boats, half-cabin boats, center cabin boats, wheelhouse boats, and T-top boats with high railings or superstructures. The high-cut design provides room for windshields, cabins, biminis, roofs, and rod holders, while the adjustable bow opening can be adapted to bowsprits and anchors.
The cover is made of 280 g/m² ATLAS marine polyester, a solution-dyed fabric with UV inhibitors. The material is waterproof, breathable, and UV-resistant, as well as resistant to weather, saltwater, abrasion, tearing, dirt, mildew, and mold. The breathable construction helps reduce condensation and moisture under the cover, and the material is designed to resist stretching and sagging when properly fitted and secured.
Reinforced, double-stitched seams, marine-grade tie-down points, and buckle fittings ensure secure fastening around the boat. The cover is suitable for both short- and long-term storage as well as trailering when properly secured.
When selecting a variant, measure the boat across all highest and widest parts. Measure from approximately 20–30 cm below the bow, over the windshield, bimini, roof, cabin, and other fixed equipment, to approximately 20–30 cm below the stern. The width is measured similarly, under the widest part, over the highest point, and down the opposite side.
For trailering, all tie-downs should be kept tight without being overtightened, and the cover should be checked regularly. The maximum speed without additional securing is 60 km/h. At higher speeds, two light-duty straps over the bow are recommended; straps are not included. A support pole or bow system can be used to create a slope and reduce the risk of water pooling.
Clean with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh detergents and aggressive chemicals. Cover sharp or protruding parts with a soft protective layer to minimize wear.
