Universal trailerable boat cover from Oceansouth for open, deck and cuddy cabin boats. The flexible fit works with or without a windshield and with a central or side-mounted steering console. The cover is suitable for year-round protection, long-term indoor and outdoor storage, and light to moderate trailering when properly and securely fastened.
The robust ATLAS Marine Grade fabric consists of 100% high-tech polyester with an Oxford weave and PU coating. The material has a weight of 220 g/m² and is breathable, dirt-repellent, saltwater-resistant, and resistant to weather, abrasion, tears, mold, and mildew. It is water-resistant with a hydrostatic head of at least 1500 mm and has UV protection of UPF 50+ with a measured value above UPF 80. The breathable construction limits moisture and condensation during storage.
The cover is constructed with double-overlapped and reinforced seams, an elastic hem, sewn-in reinforced webbing loops, and adjustable marine-grade nylon quick-release buckles. Heavy-duty polyester straps ensure a stable fit around the boat. Tie-down straps, trailer straps, and a storage bag are included.
When choosing a variant, the boat should be measured from approximately 20–30 cm below the bow tip over the highest parts to approximately 20–30 cm below the stern. The width is measured similarly over the highest point and equipment such as a windshield, bimini, roof, and rod holders. The unfolded fabric dimensions range from 522 × 280 cm to 718 × 355 cm and fit boats with a length of 4.0–6.4 m and a maximum width of 2.05–2.6 m. Use a soft protective layer over protruding parts to reduce wear.
During storage, the cover should be supported to allow rainwater to drain. Clean with lukewarm or warm water and a very mild soap. Oceansouth support kit 21062, cover vent 21065, and tie-down set P8 are available as additional accessories.
