This Oceansouth Waverider extra flush mount base for removable pedestal is a flat, recessed plug-in base for the Waverider pedestal system. It can be used as a spare base or as an additional mounting point, allowing a compatible pedestal to be moved between different locations on board.
The base is installed into the boat deck or floor and has an outer diameter of Ø228 mm. The removable design makes it possible to lift the pedestal out when the seat is not in use, freeing up deck space.
The construction is made of reinforced nylon and has six mounting points. A round nylon cover can be fitted over the opening when the pedestal is removed.
The flush mount base is compatible with Waverider pedestals with part no. 48.707.10, 48.707.11 and 48.707.12. The compatible telescopic pedestals have height ranges of 310–390 mm, 440–570 mm and 520–650 mm respectively, and pedestal tubes of Ø75/65 mm.
