This ON/OFF key switch is a panel-mounted 12 V DC control switch with key operation and a red LED indicator. The switch has OFF and ON positions, and the LED indicates when the switch is in the ON position.
The switch is intended for opening and closing control circuits with a contact capacity of 10 A. It can be used as an optional remote control switch for the electrically operated battery isolator with item no. 14.386.08 and for activating the emergency parallel function on the voltage-sensitive battery relay with item no. 14.386.10.
The front panel measures 69 × 69 mm, while the mounting depth is 45 mm. Installation requires a panel cutout of Ø40 mm, and the square front plate has four corner holes for mounting. The front plate is made of black Nylon 66.
Two keys are included. The key operation provides controlled activation from, for example, the instrument panel of a boat or in a relevant 12 V installation in a motorhome. The switch is a control switch and must not be used as a direct main switch in the battery's high-current cable.
