Osmosea Purificator 300 LED water purifier is a fixed water treatment system for the boat's existing freshwater installation. The system treats drinking water with mechanical filtration, activated carbon, remineralization, and UVC-LED disinfection. It is not a watermaker or a desalination plant and must therefore be supplied with freshwater.
The water treatment takes place in four stages. A sediment filter retains impurities down to 5 microns, while the activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, unwanted odors, and bad taste. The water then passes through a remineralization filter, designed to provide an alkaline pH, and finally through the UVC-LED unit for water disinfection.
The UVC-LED unit is activated automatically when the tap is opened and uses 8.5 W during dispensing. No preheating is required, so the treatment starts with the water flow. An LED indicator at the tap shows that the sterilization function is working correctly.
The system delivers a nominal water flow of 2.5 l/min and has 6 mm inlet and outlet. The included connection kit allows the water purifier to be connected at the galley or pantry tap. The unit is intended for 12/24 V onboard installations.
The filter unit measures 300 mm in width, 370 mm in height, and 128.5 mm in depth. The compact dimensions allow the system to be integrated into the freshwater installation where there is suitable space for mounting and service access.
