This variant in the Oval symbol rockers for Marina TOP switches product family is designed with a navigation light symbol. The replaceable, oval rocker has symbol number 01 and is used as an operating and function label on a separate Marina TOP switch. The product is the symbol rocker itself and not a complete electrical switch.
The navigation light symbol is laser-etched and designed to be illuminated as part of the Marina TOP system. When used with a compatible dual-LED switch, the function symbol can be illuminated, while an additional status indicator shows when the switch is activated. The LEDs and the electrical switching function are located in the separate switch.
The symbol rocker clicks onto a compatible Marina TOP switch in the 14.212.xx series. The switch is purchased separately and is selected based on the desired switching function. The series includes, among others, ON-OFF, momentary, and multi-position switches.
For navigation lights, switch 14.212.04 can be used for ON-OFF-ON control of two separate circuits. Switch 14.212.07 is intended for combined control of navigation lights on vessels up to 12 m, where one position activates a 360° white light, and the other activates a 360° white light together with red and green 112.5° lights. The choice of switch depends on the electrical function of the installation.
