Garmin is now making two features of Panoptix live sonar imagery available with a single transducer on your boat. Panoptix all-seeing sonar is unlike anything you’ve seen on the water. It lets you see all around and below your boat—in real time—up to 300 feet away.
It's not just a sonar, it's a Panoptix sonar
Panoptix brings a whole new perspective to fishing. Other sonar displays the structure and fish your transducer has passed over and requires your boat to be moving. Everything that appears on the screen is technically history—it all happened before. With Panoptix LiveVü Forward and LiveVü Down sonar, your boat can be moving or stationary—no matter where your trolling motor is pointing, you’ll see live images of what’s happening underwater.
Fishing comes alive with Panoptix
Watch your hook sink, and see its depth and movement as you reel it in. Watch it move in relation to the structure of the water. Watch fish swim and react to your bait. If they bite, you can both see and feel it! When the fish is on the hook, you can watch the fight on the screen as it happens. With Panoptix LiveVü Forward and LiveVü Down, you can see it all up to 90 meters away or below the boat.
