Flush-mounted 90° stainless steel fuel tank vent is a vent head for the fuel tank breather hose. The external head has a diameter of 50 mm and sits flush with the bulkhead surface, so the installation does not have a protruding vent head.
The vent has an angled hose barb for a Ø16 mm breather hose. The patented design allows the hose barb to be oriented to the right or left, so the hose routing can be adapted to the space behind the bulkhead.
The vent head is made of stainless steel and has a Chromelux finish. It is mounted with a concealed, internal mounting bracket, so no visible mounting screws are required on the front. The installation is designed for a Ø40 mm hole and bulkhead or panel thicknesses of 2–15 mm.
The variant-specific installation geometry includes a maximum installation depth of 56 mm and a horizontal installation dimension of 62 mm up to the angled hose barb. Dimensions should be checked against the available space behind the mounting surface before installation.
The design is crafted in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 21487. A compatible water trap for Ø16 mm tank vents with item no. 20.251.00 can be used as a supplement to prevent water ingress.
