Flush-mounted deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel for onboard water filling. The WATER variant has a straight, cylindrical filler neck with a nominal diameter of 38 mm and is intended for the boat's water tank or water filling system.
The deck filler is precision-cast in AISI 316 stainless steel and has a mirror-polished surface. The cover is flush-mounted and features an integrated, recessed operating handle. The mounting screws are concealed under the edge of the cover, so they are not visible when the unit is assembled.
The cover and flange have an outer diameter of 84.5 mm. The axial dimension of the cover/flange area is 12 mm, while the straight neck has an axial length of 76 mm. The construction drawing also specifies a neck with a 38.2 mm inner diameter and a 46.5 mm outer diameter, as well as a 1 1/4–11 1/2 NPSM thread.
The flange has three mounting holes of Ø5.3 mm with an Ø10.2 mm 82° countersink. An internal safety chain connects the cover to the filler neck so the cover remains attached during filling. The product is CE-marked and covered by Directive 2011/65/EU, as last amended by (EU) 2015/863.
