Flush-mount deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel for establishing a filling point through the boat's deck to the fuel tank. The cap is marked FUEL so that the function of the filling point can be clearly identified.
The unit is precision-cast in AISI 316 stainless steel and has a bright, mirror-polished surface. The recessed opening handle provides a flush finish, while the mounting screws are concealed under the rim of the cap and flange when the deck filler is closed.
The external cap and flange diameter is 84.5 mm, and the cap/flange thickness is 12 mm. The neck has a length of 76 mm and is designed as a ribbed hose tail with Ø 38 mm for a compatible fuel filler hose.
The deck filler is mounted through a hole in the deck. After installation, the visible part appears as a round, mirror-polished flange with a FUEL-marked cap and concealed fastening.
