Flush-mount inspection hatch in gray RAL 7042 for access and storage compartments on sports and leisure boats. The hatch has external dimensions of 600 x 250 mm, a clear internal opening of 515 x 165 mm, and requires a mounting cutout of 530 x 180 mm.
The form-fitting lid conceals the entire frame and mounting screws when the hatch is closed. The fully recessed hinges provide a flush surface, while the 180° opening ensures unobstructed access through the hatch. The surface is walkable and features an anti-slip finish; no maximum load is specified.
The hatch is manufactured from UV-resistant BASF plastic, designed for long-term outdoor exposure. This version has two locking points and a neoprene gasket. The official watertightness classification is degree 2 and should not be confused with an IP rating.
The inspection hatch is intended for flush mounting on recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D, as well as installation areas II a, III, and IV. The series is type-tested according to Directive 2013/53/EU and CE-approved based on UNI EN ISO 12216:2004.
The hatch is prepared for retrofitting with the optional lock kit, item no. 20.093.00. The lock kit is an accessory and is not included.
