Flush-mounted deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 for the boat's WASTE/sewage system. This version has a nominal neck diameter of 38 mm and an integrated cap with clear WASTE identification.
The deck filler is precision-cast in AISI 316 stainless steel and features a mirror-polished finish. The recessed opening lever sits flush within the cap, ensuring a level design without a protruding handle.
Installation is performed using three screws. The screw heads are concealed under the edge of the cap when the deck filler is closed. The cap is also secured by an internal chain to prevent loss during opening and use.
The external face diameter is 84.5 mm, the face depth is 12 mm, and the total axial length is 76 mm. The design has an internal through-bore of Ø38.2 mm, an external neck diameter of Ø46.5 mm, and a 1¼"-11½ NPSM thread. The three mounting holes are Ø5.3 mm with an Ø10.2 mm 82° countersink.
The deck filler complies with ISO 8099 and CE marking requirements, as well as EU Directive 2015/65/EU, as amended by (EU) 2015/863. This version is the standard model for WASTE and should not be confused with the family's separate long-neck version.
