Flush-mount stainless steel fuel tank vent with a 90° hose barb is designed for venting fuel tanks in marine installations. The flush-mount design provides a discreet finish on the hull side, bulkhead, or another suitable mounting surface.
The vent is manufactured from SUS304/AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with a flame-arresting screen. The design is compliant with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 21487 for permanently installed fuel systems in small craft.
The angled 90° hose barb is designed for a vent hose with a nominal internal diameter of 16 mm or 5/8". The angle allows the hose to be routed tightly along the back of the mounting surface. Installation is performed through a Ø35 mm hole with a thread and lock nut, and the fitting can be mounted in surfaces with a thickness of 5–16 mm.
The visible head has an external diameter of 46 mm. The depth from the front to the rear part of the bend is 71.1 mm, while the maximum extension in the shown rotated mounting position is 80.4 mm. The hose barb has a documented external diameter of 16.1 mm and an internal diameter of 15.2 mm.
