This flush-mounted CE inspection hatch in the FLUSH CE series is a rectangular access hatch for marine installations. The variant is finished in cream RAL 9001 and has outer dimensions of 520 x 465 mm.
The streamlined cover completely conceals the frame when the hatch is closed, while the hinges lie flush with the surface. The hatch can be opened 180°, and the walkable surface makes it suitable for placement on relevant deck and access areas.
The hatch is manufactured from special UV-resistant BASF plastic. The mounting holes are located under the cover and are therefore hidden when in the closed position. The construction has two locking points and is prepared for the installation of the optional lock kit, item no. 20.093.00. The prepared lock holes are covered with blanking plugs when the lock kit is not installed.
The outer dimensions are 520 x 465 mm, the inner dimensions are 430 x 375 mm, and the required cutout dimension is 445 x 390 mm. Always check the cutout dimension and the available mounting space before installation.
The inspection hatch is intended for recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D and for installation areas IIa, III, and IV. It has a watertightness rating of 2 and is CE-approved based on UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 and type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU.
