This flush-mounted inspection hatch measuring 375 × 375 mm is a square deck hatch in cream RAL 9001 for recreational craft. The profiled cover completely hides the frame when closed and, together with the flush hinges, forms a smooth, walkable surface.
The hatch is made of UV-resistant ASA plastic and can be opened 180°. It features two locking points as well as pre-drilled holes with blanking plugs, allowing an optional lock set to be retrofitted without further preparation.
The external dimensions are 375 × 375 mm, the clear opening dimensions are 285 × 285 mm, and the mounting cutout must be 300 × 300 mm. The flush-mounted design is intended for integration into the vessel's surface.
The inspection hatch is type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU and standard UNI EN ISO 12216:2004. It is classified for recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D, installation areas IIa, III, and IV, and tightness level 2. The documented test pressure is 14 kPa.
The compatible lock set with item no. 20.093.00 can be purchased for retrofitting and is not included as standard.
