This flush-mounted inspection hatch 600 × 350 mm in black provides access to storage compartments and technical areas on leisure boats. The FLUSH design is developed for flush mounting, so the hatch appears integrated into the deck or the surrounding surface.
The molded cover hides the entire frame when the hatch is closed. The hinges lie completely flush with the surface, and the cover can be opened 180°, providing unobstructed access through the opening.
The hatch is made of UV-resistant BASF plastic and has a walkable surface with a non-slip finish. The fold-flat handle follows the hatch's low profile and covers the area for the optional key lock when the handle is folded down.
The external dimensions are 600 × 350 mm, while the internal clear opening is 513 × 265 mm. Installation requires a cutout of 530 × 280 mm. The hatch is intended for leisure boats in design categories A, B, C, and D as well as installation areas IIa, III, and IV with watertightness grade 2.
The FLUSH series is CE-approved based on UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 and type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. The hatch has two latches and is prepared for retrofitting of lock kit part no. 20.093.00.
