This flush-mounted inspection hatch in the FLUSH CE series provides access to storage compartments and technical installations in recreational craft. This variant is grey RAL 7042 and features external dimensions of 600 × 350 mm, a clear opening of 513 × 265 mm, and a cutout size of 530 × 280 mm.
The streamlined cover completely conceals the frame and mounting screws when the hatch is closed. Flush-fitting hinges and an integrated flush handle provide a smooth surface, while the 180° opening angle ensures unobstructed access through the hatch. The construction features two locking points and a neoprene seal.
The hatch is manufactured from UV-resistant Luran S plastic (ASA) and has a walkable surface. It is rated with watertightness grade 2. No maximum load is specified for the walkable surface.
It is intended for flush mounting in a 530 × 280 mm cutout and can be installed on recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D, as well as in installation areas IIa, III, and IV. The product family is CE-approved according to UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 and type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. The hatch can also be used as an access hatch in caravans and motorhomes, provided the mounting location and cutout dimensions are suitable.
Installation should be performed on a completely flat surface to avoid deformation of the frame and impaired sealing. Mounting screws are not included. The optional key lock kit with item no. 20.093.00 can be installed in the prepared position under the handle.
