This flush-mount inspection hatch 375 × 375 mm is a square marine hatch in grey RAL 7042 for access to storage compartments and installation areas on board. The profiled lid completely conceals the frame when closed, providing a flush finish.
The fully recessed hinges allow the lid to open 180°. The surface is walkable, but no maximum load or point load is specified.
The hatch is made of UV-resistant BASF plastic for use in sun-exposed maritime environments. The external dimensions are 375 × 375 mm, the clear opening is 285 × 285 mm, and installation requires a cutout of 300 × 300 mm.
The hatch is intended for flush mounting on recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D, as well as installation areas IIa, III, and IV. The construction has a watertightness rating of 2 and has been tested at 14 kPa in accordance with UNI EN ISO 12216:2004. The watertightness rating is not an IP classification.
The product family is type-tested in relation to Directive 2013/53/EU. A locking kit with item no. 20.093.00 can be installed as an optional accessory and is not included as standard.
