Flush-mount inspection hatch in the FLUSH CE series is a rectangular hatch in grey RAL 7042 for access and inspection openings on recreational boats. It measures 520 × 465 mm externally and has an internal clear opening of 430 × 375 mm.
The shaped, bevelled lid completely conceals the frame when the hatch is closed. The hinges are flush with the surface, and the lid can be opened 180° for unobstructed access through the opening. The surface is walkable, making the hatch suitable for installation in areas where a flush and usable surface is required.
The hatch is made of UV-resistant ASA plastic. Installation requires a cutout size of 445 × 390 mm. A lock set with item no. 20.093.00 can be installed as an optional extra and is not included.
The inspection hatch is intended for recreational craft in design categories A, B, C, and D and is approved for installation areas IIa, III, and IV. The construction has a watertightness degree of 2 and has been tested at a hydraulic pressure of 14.0 kPa in accordance with UNI EN ISO 12216:2004.
The CE type-examination is documented with certificate no. 1334/20/UE/C in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. The CE marking must be permanently embossed on both the lid and the frame.
