Flush-mounted inspection hatch in grey RAL 7042 for flush integration into decks or bulkheads on leisure boats. The hatch is rectangular and has a nominal size class of 380 × 280 mm.
The streamlined cover completely hides the frame when the hatch is closed. Flush hinges and an opening angle of 180° provide unobstructed access through the opening. The surface is walkable and UV-resistant, although no maximum load is specified.
The actual external dimensions are 385 × 285 mm, the internal clear opening is 295 × 198 mm, and the cutout dimension is 312 × 212 mm. The actual dimensions therefore differ from the nominal size in the product name. When replacing an existing hatch, the cutout should always be measured before installation.
The hatch is made of Luran S plastic and is intended for leisure boats in design categories A, B, C, and D. It is specified for installation areas II a, III, and IV with tightness degree 2, as well as CE approval based on UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 and Directive 2013/53/EU.
An optional lock set with item no. 20.093.00 can be retrofitted. The lock set is an optional accessory and is not included.
